20+ second win over 2nd place. I’m enjoying watching his development. I had doubts about Vin for a while, but Martin has been phenomenal this year - in my opinion of course.

I am a fan and will be watching his continued development with great interest as well.

You and all the other dipwits jump on bandwagons all the time. Your reasoning behind doubting Linanna is an IQ issue.

Everyone likes to pick on Vin. What he does well is keep his distance runners healthy and consistent. He has to, since he invests in total t&f rather than just distance.
Runners like Martin and Appleton show up every season and maybe not always champ, but in shape to compete.
I figured when he had such a strong xc season, especially at 10K, his track season would be special. Looks like he's kept all his speed while getting really strong aerobically.

Well, Vin isn’t like Jerry who seems to be on contract to hurt certain athletes and halt their development.

Or....getting really strong aerobically is the key? And it gives you the perception of speed, but it's really all about how he's developed his aerobic capacity/endurance?
A 28.5-29s 200m is nothing for a lot of people on here. Running 8 of them in a row is special though. So tell me what's more important to develop, speed or aerobic endurance?
I’m also glad to see his continued progression in maybe not his A event.
What I do want to call attention to is his teammates comeback in the steeple. Although it appears he is red-shirting, Nate Mountain, raced for the first time in months and got the win over Yasin SADO in 8:17. Good for second fastest in the world so far this year!
