And what people don’t realize is that while yes, they help you ride faster in races, the biggest benefit is that they let you ride harder in training.

Can confirm. As a personal trainer, my female clients are booking more than ever.

I walk around in Invincible 3s (super foam but no plate) all the time but I can't imagine walking around in the vaporfly 2 or metaspeed or similar with a plate, they feel so unnatural and out of synch at walking pace.

I do barbeque in spikes ;)

I have a dedicated pair of AlphaFly for lawn mowing. What used to take an hour to mow now gets done in 58 minutes. Game changer!

I have the vaporfly 3s, and walk around in them. I don't like the feel, but I think they look good. Endorphin Pros are no problem to walk around in. Basically same as any other shoe. THat goes for the 1, 2, and 3.

I wear them to bed. The open secret is they let you ride harder and longer in bed.

When I first started this, using Mizuno Wave Rebellion Pro - I think they were called, I thought I was going to fall off them! It was a real balancing act. But I soon got used to them.

What you are doing is far more acceptable and justifiable than some 300 pound person who has never ran before just walking around in them. Atleast you have a running background.

2 months ago, i became one of the 1st people in the world (not just the usa, but the world) to receive the new streakfly and vaporfly prototypes. Again, when big 300 pound ppl who have never ran a day in their life just walk around in any high-tech racing flats, it just seems like waste of beautiful technology and innovation. Decades of laboratory research creating these racing flats didn't go towards that invention being wasted by some slob to mush around in them all day.
