There are guys that can run all 25 without any rest at all. Fisher’s 10000m AR is 63.7 per 400m
it's at altitude and it's a workout, not a race
If you’re not going to compare it to anything, then what’s the point of the thread? He’s run a pair of 61s this year. Does this workout make you think he can break 60?

I'm begging people to stop posting Klecker's workouts on this message board. All it results in is people hating on Klecker and acting like Klecker himself is coming here to post and brag. Anyone who is interested in his workouts knows they can go to Strava to see them.

People are angry because over the past few months there have many posts about Klecker's workouts from his Strava, which just results in arguments between some people who think Klecker is "bragging" about his workouts and overtraining, and others who think his workouts are unimpressive.

You share the same writing style as the trolls who’ve been consistently posting hyperbole about Klecker’s workouts since like December.
What I can’t figure out is whether you’re a 10 year old super fan of his, or a 10 year old Klecker troll.
Hopefully, he’s coaching some young kids as a transition to the next phase of his career and they are just enthusiastic for him, instead of him maybe being arrogant and entitled during workouts at a middle school track and some pre-teens are trolling because he’s a shell of his former self.
