16 miler today, longer than normal for me but otherwise nothing special. But as I was running it I thought about how every time I hear about something else going on on the weekend I'm thinking about how I can adjust either that or the long run to be sure to get the long run done, and how I really only skip it if I have a very good reason to. The concept of just making weekend plans with no long run seems crazy to me now, but that's just how most people are.
