Huge 6.2 second PB by the 29 year old (soon to be 30)
6.3*
She Hulled it.
Also NB Boston strikes again. It is like a pattern.
Hot
Was Parker in the house? Asking for a friend! If so, Valbymania probably helped with the solid run.

She’s closer to early 30s than late 20s
Not that wild that a woman who ran 3:58 for 1500 last summer could run 4:17 at BU
I think ESP's American indoor mile record is 4:16.41
Last year (2024), she broke her 4:16.85

Considering what she's run over 1500m, it's not surprising at all.
Agreed 3:57.97 conversion for today, bettering outdoor PB equivalent by .3+

Heather's been healthy for about a year now.
Amazing she ran a 3:58/1500 @ Oly Trials last summer off such limited training.
At peak of her career it would appear, now showing what her capabilities are.
And, teammate Emily MacKay might even be better than Heather come spring once Emily resumes focus on the 1500.
Then, ESP, who likely will start racing again at the end of the year.
Along with PV and 2:01/800 newcomer Kate Mitchell, quite a crew Coogan has assembled.
Lol.
Is the same McKay who was a 23 year old collegian who never showed anywhere near this ability, and is yet another magical late bloomer? Loll.
Look, tell yourself what you want. It is pro running. But don't embarass yourself. It is plain. It is Bowerman 2.0.
