Is she really going to give it another shot tomorrow?
Is she really going to give it another shot tomorrow?
What is that, 3 races in 4 weeks? Seems like a lot.
15:18, top-10 on this year's NCAA indoor list

Maybe this is the race KT & coach have been targeting all winter.
Given recent results, seems unlikely Katelyn will get her 14:50 or Tokyo.
However, with Yared's WR attempt announcement, the zeitgeist surrounding this meet is reaching a fever pitch.
And, with Wavelights being used, who knows how fast one can run on, arguably, the world's fastest indoor track?
Personally, hoping Katelyn can recapture the magic from her 2023 indoor season.
This will be interesting - not a race for the faint of heart...15:00 could be DFL

I will choose Tokyo.
Would be good to see her hang on for a ~15:00 PR and gain some confidence heading into the spring.

The over under for how much Andrews beats her by is 15 seconds.

I thought Andrews already used up her one annual good race???
In 2024 she ran 14:46, 4:25, 4:06, 8:41, 4:04, 4:26, 4:25. When was the last time Tuohy ran 14:46 or 4:04 or 8:41 or 4:25? If you are saying only one of thise is good, Tuohy sucks according to your logic.
Exciting! This is a tough field. Also Ramsden seeded at 14:40!
All three OAC runners are seeded much faster than they’ve ever run.

Why do people just false statements when the internet allows them to be discredited with a 2-second search on WA?
Andrews - 14:46.51 (27 Jan 2024)
Markezich - hasn't run 14:50 but ran 8:37.37 two weeks ago which is equal to 14:50.94 on the WA table
Ramsden - hasn't run 14:40 or an equivalent
So, one of the OAC runners is seeded inappropriately
What time is the 5k?
Ramsden probably the pacer.
