Hard to pick one. Maybe something from Days of Heaven. There's several in this movie, but this one is probably more in line with what would be of interest here:

I'm glad Tommy posted this thread. I was thinking of making a fan just like this one, but have been too tired from my frequent trips to the cinema with all the quality films releasing lately. Here is the best scene in film history:
