... and i went longer and by far faster than i have ever ran any other long run, while keeping the same HR. my cadence magically increased by 10, and my legs barely felt beat up afterwards like they do in my normal trainers.
and now all i think about is that long run in my vaporflys
and now i count the day until i can run again in my vaporflys
and i compare every run i have done since then to the run i did in my vaporflys
will this feeling end? I wanted to save them until marathon race day in April, but it's gonna be hard to not whip them out again. will a pair of super trainers help me?
