A few days ago Conner and Clayton did a fast speed workout of 12 x 400 then 10 x 200. Conner went as fast as 26 flat in his 200s
Yesterday Clayton ran 4 x 2 miles whereas Conner hasn’t updated his Strava in two days
Obviously Conner is hurt from racing his workouts and this just goes to show how much better training like klecker’s is which prioritizes aerobic development and not racing workouts
