A video of guys doing 10x1 with 2 min rest....with little other feedback. Pretty boring stuff. Galen seemed to be struggling to run with them at 2:50 pace

That’s it, they just keep running circles?
All three of those men have three different objectives this season and year.
Besides whenever made this video is awful at editing and shooting. WTF has this sport become
Whoever thought this video was a good idea and remotely good needs to get out of Track for life.
I couldn’t finish watching it was so bad
Not for nothing but Galen is 16 years older than both Nico and Bosley plus Rupp is a marathoner who hasn’t touched the track in years. And it’s December so he isn’t anywhere close to sharp for Racing. What did you expect?
Does anyone know Rupp's status for 2025? Is he officially retired?

Hey Einstein, at this time in the year the training of the three doesn't differ that much.
Bosley has really smooth form.
It's awesome to see Rupp out there looking healthy even if he is sucking wind. Nico looks like he is learning to stay more relaxed at high speeds. He had a tendency to get really thrashy and tense up when he got tired, but his form looks great in this workout!

Rupp is not retired but he is not ever going to break 2:10 again.

Young definitely looks more comfortable, still got that slight backwards lean upper body.
Too bad Rupp ain't in his prime he would have slapped them silly but kudos to him for still kickin going on 40.

Agreed. How is Nico's form so terrible though? He's constantly leaning back and it looks incredibly non-economical

Adding on to this. Bosley is fine but not perfect. Rupp has great form
I get what you are saying about the leaning back and I agree , but Young's leg turnover and stride mechanics look better
Happy Holidays

…do retired runners often to 10x1k on a track in Flagstaff?
