what hurts friend? while you criticize me that this is normal it is the nature of men when there is another man better than him they envy him, ask your wife if Katir is handsome or not 😼😼 surely your wife would be delighted to be with a winner not a loser.
Note that Passant has been MIA since the verification of the suspension. How long before Ghost1 starts making excuses for our shackled and hirsute engenue?
When a wolve in the forest barks, do the small birds fly like snails?
Lord Coe protecting his wonder kid Jakob and the golden Scotty and the lucky American. They dont want a Moroccan with natural wind to steal their lightning. I see no return of the Roman Empire. Sedjati is coming for your golden boys in 2025!

If you’re looking for natural wind, Sedjati is most definitely not your man. He’s almost as obvious as Katir- almost.
Funny that you started this thread, I thought the exact same thing. Our historical definitions (and stereotypes) about good and evil are written all over that guy.
He is the archetype for "bad guy" in Western culture. Shakespeare described his villains exactly like this.
And yes, this is hugely racist. Just because he has a "dark brow with coal black eyes" doesn't mean he is scheming and plotting some nefarious crime.
Yep, we need to tell the AIU that it must have been all a big mistake due to historical preconcieved racist notions about men who look like him. Katir is innocent.
BTW, although you wont have been taught this in critical race theory classes, back in Shakespeare's day the biggest slave trade was conducted by North Africans against Europeans. For anyone living on the coast of England or Ireland, chiefly women and young girls (although boys have always been very popular with the Turks and Arabs too), being abucted by men who looked like Katir and sold into sex slavery to the Ottoman Empire for the rest of your life would have been a very real and present danger.
Robert Davis, author of Christian Slaves, Muslim Masters, estimates that slave traders from Tunis, Algiers, and Tripoli enslaved 1 million to 1.25 million Europeans in North Africa, from the beginning of the 16th century to the middle of the 18th century.
The Barbary slave trade involved the capture and selling of European slaves at slave markets in the largely independent Ottoman Barbary states. European slaves were captured by Barbary pirates in slave raids on ships and by r...

Katir is NOT innocent. I am glad he is busted. He was a cheat.
But the reason we all assumed he was a cheat was because he "looked super sketchy." That was the racist part. There are tons of runners who "look" like Katir but are clean. They look just a sketchy as he does.
Nice of you to mention this, Coevett! I think you missed the point entirely but you just lapped up the opportunity to discredit critical race theory. Yet you actually proved the point people were trying to make perfectly! The powers at be (Seb coe, wada board members, etc) all predominantly very western if not European. This means that YES your right they would have a historically rooted bias against people that look like Katir because of things like the Barbary slave trade. Even if it’s subtle, those biases and stereotypes have been perpetuated in western culture, remaining dormant subconsciously in many people. That’s literally critical race theory. Hope this helps!

But a broken clock is right twice a day.
Huh? We assumed he was a cheat because he went from 3:36 to 3:28 in a year. There’s nothing “sketchy” about his personal appearance.

But what if some of the darkness in his brow and eyes seeps into his character? What if MLK wasn’t 100% correct? What if modern quantum AI vision is able to extrapolate from the RGB pixel values, translucence, reflectivity, and general health of one’s epidermis to the content of their character? Much progress has come from questioning conventional wisdom.

That's a dumb assumption regardless.
Not everyone is going to try to PR every season. Plus that 3:36 race appears to have been a Sit-and-kick type race based on everyone who was ahead of Katir in the Aug 24, 2020 race.
1. Ignacio Fontes (3:33.72)
2. Saul Ordonez (3:34.98)
3. Fernando Carro (3:35.90)
4. Mohamed Katir (3:36.59)
5. Nassim Hassaous (3:36.95)
That being said...neither of the top 3 ever PR'd again after that race. Fontes did by less than a second..so who knows what his true potential is, was, or has been altered.

OK, ya Ottomens and every other power ahole of medieval times worldwide were slavers. ya sure, the Europeans kind of quit of late. and very late, as there were German, Irish, Polish, etc. slaves in America, .... tlll basically 120 years ago.... and the plantatons world wide, Europeans were busy, and of course Arabs ran the biggest slave trade of them all. and today in Mauritania, the slave trade is still a "way of life". or their version of minimum wage. or better than homless in America.
All of which has nothing to do with athletics, and nothing to do with Katir.

Ironically enough, it appears that he replied to you shortly after.
