A lot of top head coaches not in attendance this year. Is the a convention dying or losing it appeal?
It’s just for assistant coaches to get drunk and have some fat bald guy to pretend he cares about cross country and track & field. It’s all show with nothing to actually show for it
Nike owns USTFCCA So it's just Nike shills that go now.
Nike does not own the USTFCCCA.
The USTFCCCA is a joke and a scam. They charge a lot of money $$$$ per school to give out meaningless coach of the year awards and they give the all-American awards out. And they use the money to put on a meaningless convention hosted by some overweight southern guy collecting a big pay check.

First thing the sport needs to do is get rid of organizations like the USTFCCCA. They pay Sam Seems way too much from this pointless non-profit that does nothing for the sport of cross country and track & field.

The smart coaches don’t waste their time. I went this year and I’m never going again. It’s like others have said, it’s just for assistant coaches to get drunk or older ones to golf. Meetings or “symposiums” that are scheduled for discussion for 60min last 10-15 min. It’s a complete waste of time and money.

Maybe wasting hundreds of thousands of dollars by giving out a coach of the year awards to the coaches who win championships seems redundant and meaningless. I’m not saying the coach doesn’t deserve applause, but just because it’s an organization basically bullying money from all these schools. By giving out these awards the USTFCCCA gets to waste tons of money over paying Sam Seems to tell us to do something about saving the sport. What fuc@ikg idiot that man is. What a insult

I agree. Sam Seems pissed a lot of coaches off with his speech at the convention this year. He’s don’t absolutely nothing to help the sport himself.

Well he needs the NCAA to stay around a little longer to collect his paycheck for doing nothing at the USTFCCCA
Speak for yourself, i got more action this time than any previous convention
The convention is a dude fest and the only women coaches are not exactly something to be proud of. You’re better off hitting the golf course and skipping the convention at all costs.

Sorry nobody would hire you
Even Mike Smith is leaving the NCAA. The NCAA is be gone in a few years for Track & Field and most all Olympic Sports. That’s being said the USTFCCCA is also be gone.
