It is, yes. I thought that was clear since it's in the UK in February and outdoor tracks are likely to be ice rinks. 1:55-high shouldn't be a huge challenge for Hodgkinson (or Moraa or a fit Mu for that matter)

Mu doesn't have much of a chance, fit or not. She has only run faster than that record three times in her career, 1:54.97 (2023), 1:55.04 (2021), and 1:55.21 (2021), and all were outdoors. She has broken 1:56.50 only twice since 2021. Her indoor best is only 1:58.40 (2022).
Keely has gone 1:54.61 (2024), 1:55.19 (2023), 1:55.61 (2024), 1:55.77 (2023), and 1:55.78 (2024) outdoors and has gone 1:57.18 (2023), 1:57.20 (2022), 1:57.71 (2023), 1:57.87 (2023) indoors.
