I know first hand of a 6'1" 1:51/4:15 HSer who would regularly dunk two handed from a standing position under the hoop. Huge vertical. Only trained t&f in season, played many sports.
I like the Arop and Wheating answers. Elite 800 runner who is at least 6 foot 2 would be the type

Definitely the type. still needs to knock 15 seconds off his mile, though.
I don't know about dunk, but I bet Eammonn Coughlann could have ran a sub 4 mile drunk.
Here's the rules: like beer mile, except you drink 4 beers and then you have 1 hour to start your mile time trial. Takes away the pit stop skills and makes a pure test of who's fastest under the influence.
I never could run a 4 minute mile but I could dunk. On a strong weight routine and lots of practice I could dunk two handed in a couple of different ways, holding the ball and off the backboard or rim sometimes. Dedicated runnng, and muscle loss with it, made it so I couldn't dunk or couldn't dunk on most days in any fashing including with traveling. Running a 4 minute mile and dunking is obviously super incredible.
