Oregon now, it seems

Is anyone really shocked though! In less than one day on the portal these athletes told coaches, they already committed. They certainly don't hide it well.
Plus the coaches of those schools.....once again "shocker"
UF and Georgia aren't the only SEC schools to have the "insta-commit" from athletes in the portal for less than an hour. But the SEC isn't going to punish their own and the NCAA isn't going to go after the SEC.

Dude, maybe the attention needs to be directed to Oregon?? And folks on here thought Brosnan did something a bit off.
There is always going to be tampering...why?
At most schools now, as soon as you enter the portal, you get kicked off the team.
In the real world as soon as you tell firm you are leaving, you get an hour to clean out your office, and security walks you to the door with your cardboard box.
Why take the risk of entering the portal, if you aren't sure where you are going?

Are you saying she actually was sure, or in her case, she wasn’t sure? Regardless, she was probably fairly sure, at her athletic running talent level, that if she entered the portal, even without knowing where she would end up, she would probably get to choose between some pretty good offers from top programs with nice facilities to train at.
However, the thing that is standing outin this case, is reports that, after entering the portal, she had committed to UF, and thin within hours, committed to Oregon. In the new wild-west of the portal and NIL, I’m not knowledgeable enough to venture a guess whether that involved ‘tampering’. I was just suggesting that, in light of this example, at least from outside perspective, it is difficult to imagine Brosnan was ‘tampering’ in a worse way…but then, maybe the rules were significantly different a year or two ago.
And the thing that triggered my original comment, was the post suggesting SEC schools should be ‘punished’, when it is not apparent anything wrong was done. But if there actually was something off-kilter, then it would appear to involve Oregon more so, or at least as much, as the SEC.
