there was already a thread on this, i think started by coevett but looks like it's been deleted because i can't find it.
coevett never posts links for kenyans that are this slow being busted, so it's like he is frustrated ethiopians aren't getting caught (aren't doping) like the kenyans are, and is scraping the barrel trying to find any dirty ethiopian he can.

Indeed this proves once more that doping makes you slower. Imagine she'd taken EPO! No more sub 1:20s one presumes.

There are 14 Epiopians now suspended or banned, compared to 126 Kenyans. It's still progress. It used to be once in a blue moon that an Epiopian would get busted, now it happens every few weeks. Might be the trickle before the flood, similar to Kenya in the early 2010s.
About time Ethiopians started getting caught.
