Are there any other runners whose form you think is cool—or even enviable?"
For me it’s anybody with a low cadence. If I’m running 3:00 per km then my cadence is in the mid 190s. Some of the guys who can run marathons at this pace whilst having a cadence in the 170s make running look so easy. Not saying that low cadence is better, they just make it look easy.
I always thought Letesenbet Gidey had some of the most beautiful form I've ever seen. Particularly during her half marathon WR, never seen a woman make 4:48 pace look so smooth and easy
