Fairness? Ohio State to Cut 150 Roster Spots across all sports (yet add 96 scholarships)

Nobody knows the actual rationale behind mandating roster limits. It's devastating for XC and track. 17 and 45 is not enough. The SEC is shooting itself in the foot by limiting rosters even more.
