Pretty simple question. The other day I forgot to do laundry and had no split shorts or half tights to run in. What I did have was old Nike Pro compression shorts. I figured they were basically the same as half tights so I wore them for my run. But I felt weird about it. Somehow at every stoplight when I was standing around I felt way more exposed. So, here's the question: is running in just compression shorts appropriate or do you need to wear a pair of gym shorts or something over them? Discus. This is VERY important to get consensus on.
