What the hell is he doing nowadays? I heard he was injured his first year at Oregon, but that was like a year ago? Has he raced at all? Is he still injured? I'm confused.

He was training better in HS than in college. Oregon is ruining him and many others.

He's a grown ass man and a public figure. Let him defend himself if I feels like it. The OP asked a simple question which hasn't been answered. Why act like Connor's knight in shining armor?
Hud, you only get one letsrun post per day. Any more and you'll be kicked out of the club.
He is going for the collegiate record for longest injury. He needs to be injured for 4 years. Jerry is helping him out by letting him use his training plan.
As far as I can remember, Connor ran for UO during cross country last year, raced a 5000m at the December BU meet, and then was injured for the rest of indoor/outdoor track.
Connor was in a Track All Access video of some of the Oregon guys training over the summer. He seemed to be healthy and building up to big mileage. From what I recall, he seemed to be choosing higher mileage, rather than indicating that Jerry was forcing it on him. I know he did big mileage in high school, so he probably thinks that's what works well for him; tbd if that bears out long-term with his recent injury history.
I have no insider info, but considering he hasn't raced cross country yet this season, I'd assume he's injured again.
Aaron Sahlman has something to say about that. Burns isn’t going to get that record without a fight.
Many runners were injured their entire college careers.
Fixed.
He went to Oregon, that's the issue
1. These sub 4 kids are 50-50 now with good college careers.
2. In high school he trained like a college sophomore and ran college soph times. Kid a a college coach (his dad) working with him, a boost treadmill in the garage, and schedule perfectly fit for his needs.
I think he was more trained than talented in highschool. One would expect slow steady progress but he’s had some injuries which happens
Damn dude, you his boyfriend or something?? 😂
Wasn't he doing commenting with Flotrack for a bit? Saw him on some podcasts with them
