Trump and his oligarchs will be rolling out a going out of business sale on US. And they will be willing to sell anything for parts if the price is right.
It is pretty widely acknowledged that the government runs things with the utmost efficiency and with very little bloat. There is no need to even consider improving efficiency.
So far I'm super bullish on the Trump administration. His picks so far have been much better and aligned with an America first agenda than 2016. If this department actually does what Elon and Vivek have proposed this would be fantastic for America. Outside of defense 99% of what the federal government does is unconstitutional and restricts the American economy. Getting rid of unnecessary regulation and eliminating the beurocracy taxpayers fund would be massive for the country. The wealthiest counties in the US are all around DC despite nothing being produced there. They are leeches on the rest of the country. Good riddance.

They also vote democrat and have made the once red state of Virginia now a solid blue state. This will push them out and put Virginia back in play for republicans.

I wonder what hoops this has to go through. I don't think the president and 2 of his guys can just cut stuff unilaterally. They have all 3 branches of government, so it may get passed, idk. If a bunch of jobs do get cut I actually think there will be pretty generous severance to take some of the heat and lawsuits off, and to reduce the economic effects of a good chunk of the workforce suddenly being out of work.

Oh, stop. I work in a VA on occasion as an ICU nurse. I see the mountains of waste every single day, and it would make the public sick if they actually knew what went on. As an aside, take note that manners and decorum cost nothing. You can keep your words.
