As I’m fast approaching 60 I would love to improve my half marathon time in 2025 to 1 hour 32 minutes ( best in 2024 was 1 hour 37 mins) I am only back racing 1 year after a long break due to surgery and I am finding speed is an issue.
I intend to do a long run, tempo run, hill session and 3 recovery runs a week.
half marathon pb 1994 1 hour 11 minutes a lifetime ago.
any advice greatly appreciated
