Is the alphafly 3 faster than the vaporfly 3 for a road 10k?

    I've never ran in the alphafly before... All I know is they are slightly heavier.

    I like the VF2 for a road 10k better than either the VF3 or AF3, but I don't like the fit of the AF3 so that's why. Or do even better than either and go with the metaspeed sky paris.
