Guy is 29-years-old, has no job, has all day to do nothing but work out and sleep. His first marathon was three years ago in 3:08. He's only broken 3:00 four times in 18 marathons (one was a 2000' drop course). And despite having every advantage of a professional runner, he has managed to drop his marathon time PR a whopping 11 minutes in three years. Not impressive at all. This guy is much worse than any other so-called "influencer" in running today.

His brother was on the course today on a citi bike recording and getting in the way of people. They’ve done this before for Brooklyn Half - surely this is against the rules and should result in a ban from NYRR races and his result nullified ?

NYRR is going to send an update next week after receiving a lot of complaints. I'd probably be surprised if they DQ him, but they might make it pretty clear his shenanigans with banditing and the e-bikes are over.
