So there's the video. The lawsuit claims the kid had firm possession of the 50/50 ball in his left hand. Then Chris wrapped his legs around the kids' arm to steal the ball from him.
at 0:13 Max's left hand is clearly visible (red bracelet). At 0:14 you can see Chris with both of his legs on the ground already. You can see Chris' left hand (Blue bracelet).
At 0:16 you can see Max's left hand and from what I see (feel free to chime in) NO ONE is grabbing his left hand, nor do I see the 50/50 ball. Max then uses his left hand then goes to grab the 50/50 ball which I'm assuming is near Chris' junk. Then Chris uses his right hand to stop the kid.
From what I see
Chris Belanski wrapped his legs around Max's arm and used his hands to wrangle the ball out of Max's hands, stealing the ball.
This claim is seems just downright false unless I'm missing something. Feel free to chime in
What I think happened is Chris corralled the 50/50 ball with his legs and had it near his junk (I think he might've already been grabbing it with his left hand based on the blue bracelet?? cuz it looks like the left hand was clutching on to something) , the kid reached it for it with his left hand and was able to touch it and Chris physically stopped him. But the lawsuit claim that Max had firm possession then Chris wrapped his legs around the kids' arm seem clearly false.
Whose side are you on?
