Oh no, I just went from "no chance in hell" to "still no chance in hell"... but no worries. I am saving up enough money to make a big charitable donation so I can run the first 10 miles at 4:30:00 pace, fake a knee injury, and ride home on the sag wagon.

That true, confirmed? Just me but that is pretty stringent. The whole hobbyjogger thing is relativistic nonsense. It takes serious effort if not training for Larry Lunchbucket to break three!
Pretty simple solution. Just run another marathon that allows you to run whatever projected time you want. Or just measure out 42.195km and time yourself. It's cheaper.

Meh. Circa 2:58 AG for me, down to a few minutes faster for others in my group. I won’t bother trying if I’m higher than 2:50 AG.
