The reports aren't real clear on who was doing the shooting. It appears a man with an AK rifle was spotted but whether he fired or the shots were just secret service shooting at him is unclear at the moment.

the last time Trump had a positive bump in the polls was the assasination attempt 2 months ago. I expect about a dozen "assassination" attempts between now and the election. it won't matter, though, he's gonna lose big and spend the rest of his life in prison.
