Forties, got covid for the first time earlier this week. First three days sucked, fever reverted to normal by day four, and today (day 5) is the first day I got up without a painful throat or cough-disrupted sleep or fever. Still have nasal and cough symptoms but milder.
Do you just get back to exercise to the extent you feel okay doing it? I run and lift. I hear of some people suffering from “long covid”, which really sucks for them. Wondering if there is something specific one can do or avoid to prevent symptoms lingering for a long time? Was vaccinated and boosted last in 2021.
