If Trump doesn't interrupt her Harris will defeat herself. She can't defend her record and she can't say what she actually believes without turning off most of the country. She's in a bit of a bind.
Tonight we will see a strong independent woman of color grill and cross examine a convicted felon, like she did as California AG when she threw the book at drug dealers and pot smokers.

Well, she doesn't have to worry then because the high plains grifter can't keep his trap shut.
Can’t say who will win, because as long as they can deflect, lie, and say illogical things, the debate won’t matter as much as it should.
That has long been a problem in political debates for candidates of any stripe, and Trump has thus far appeared to be the nadir (and he’s made some reasonable points at various times in debates, a potential positive that’s undercut by the flaws in politics generally/the system and in his character).

In other words you didn't see the Biden debate and you don't know the debate rules.
Kamala Harris is brilliant and obtained each and every one of her positions through hard work and perseverance. She was the attorney general of the almighty state of California. She was tough on crime and this even triggered the far left. She is very adept at dealing with convicted felons.
Most people will hear what they want to hear, not what the candidates say. They will be looking for confirmation that they are right for the candidate they already chose. This is easy if they ignore most of what is actually said. (Neutral)
The moderator won't do real time fact checking. (Trump +1)
Trump will insult the moderator and Harris and generally not give a coherent answer to any question and will constantly change the subject. (Trump -1 for normal people, +1 for magidiots)
Harris will speak in a measured, coherent way, thinking before she speaks. Magidiots will see this as weakness. (Harris +1 for normal people, Trump +1 for magidiots)
Right wing media will declare Trump the winner no matter what he does. Normal media will only declare Harris the clear winner if she both crushes trump on policy AND stomps him with zingers.
He avoided sh*tting his pants and didn't call Harris the N-word, so the MSM and Trumpers will declare victory, despite Trump not have a single coherent thought.
I am currently undecided on my vote. I will base my decision on tonight’s debate and potentially any compelling arguments I see in this chat. If you want to get me on your side, this is your chance.
Let me be clear upfront and say I am not persuaded by personal attacks on either candidate. I find those to be immature and off putting. Give me good rational arguments. And no BS. I deduct points for lies.
If you want to hear who has a better plan of curbing inflation, you will be disappointed tonight. Neither candidate has any idea on how to solve a real issue.
