Well I have a Bachelor's degree in Sport Administration and right now I am stuck working at the Post office as a casual carrier. I was actually hired as a TRC (temporary rural carrier) being paid 12.55 an hour but because of so many carriers on the city side being out with injuries or sick, I've been working a full day, 6 days a week plus overtime, and even doing express mail and maintence work on Sundays. Now I get a nice paycheck, but I bust my ass all these hours and my training sucks. Last year I was coming into my own as a runner, having lots of fun with it. Got down near 15 flat in the 5k (yeah i know its nothing amazing, but I am proud of it), I'm 23 years old and know I have a lot of potential yet, and would like to enjoy my life as well. My boss is trying to brainwash me saying how he has 2 degrees, was a former science teacher and high school wrestling coach and tells me about the great job security and how good the postal/governemnt job is. I need out of this place. My life sucks away from this job. I train at night because I'm tired right after work and I don't get time to go out and do stuff. My mileage isn't where I would like it to be at either. I got no problem working a 40 hour a week job and training but when I'm working over 50 with unconsistant hours, this is getting old and making me miserable fast. Give me positive advice, suggestions if you got any..thanks
