Not really a new spin. The BBC is just summarizing old info. We all know that and why the Germans slowed down after 1990 already. Well, except for Baumann and Krabbe and Breuer, lol.

Can't answer for the other two but Daley Thompson was just pure talent. Levels above.

Thankfully there are not tens of millions of US citizens of athletic age taking ritalin, adderall, etc. otherwise my proud country might be looked upon with similar disrepute in the future
