What has been the biggest disappointment for you in the 2024 olympics? I don't mean the biggest upset, but rather, what result are you personally most disappointed by. For me I think it's that Girma DNF'ed in the steeple and that El Bakkali once again took it. Can't stand his face for some reason and Girma really did look fitter on the day,

You could see his unrecognizable demeanor from the moment he showed up in the event presentation. Nervous, full of doubt, and with a radical plan. The thought of a Budapest repeat was clearly eating him up from the inside, but it wasn't his tactics that let him down in Budapest, so why the suicidal race plan this time around?

Same, that it took better than 22.08 to win Olympic gold in the women's 200, equivalent to the #56 performance all time. No Shericka, no SAFP, no Elaine, pretty sure I watched Sha'Carri ease up a couple of 21.7's last year. Just seems like there was so much to look forward to a year ago and it turns out Paris was missing the 4 biggest names in sprinting the past 3 years.
