Definitely looked like he knocked himself out at a minimum. He was not moving when the other people ran by.

That fall did not look good when he just laid there after and didn't try to get up. It's common broadcast procedure to not show athletes when they are unconscious on the ground, it's the respectful thing to do. Hoping for the best that it was only a hard fall and a concussion rather than anything worse than that. But it looked real bad.

HE is a gold prospect. He should never wait that late KEnneth took it out and it paid off. Girma is his own worst enemy.
Concussion for sure at a bare minimum. His head bounced off the track HARD.
He was out cold... Hopefully nothing worse than that.
The way they're talking about it, it seems extremely bad. I'm very worried.
I think he was pushed, it didn't affect his balance, but it may have messed up his stride pattern going into the barrier.
Hit his knee on the barrier and then pretty sure he hit his head on the track coming down. Looked like he was out cold.
Reminded me of when the Austrian guy hit his face on a barrier in Osaka in 2007.

yeah, he obviously had a lot left given his acceleration that back stretch and should have gone earlier.
saw the replay and looks like he hit his trailing leg hard and hit his head on ground. Hope he's ok

He wasn't seen again because was unconscious and getting stretchered off. He hit the back of his head on the track, not his face. It really did not look good.
The Kemoy Campbell incident a few years ago just flashed through my head. The fall looked really awkward, no arms out front to break the fall, etc.

Edit: No, he actually landed on the back of his head, fencing response and ragdolled and fhen was still.... oh no.
I screamed when he fell.
I hope he is OK.

I saw some photos on twitter of him getting stretchered off. Didn't look conscious. Any updates?
I hope he's okay. Such gruesome footage is not for me. I will not be watching again until I hear he'll be fine.
