4 USA (10.000m men, the 100m final kit, red and blue)
5 Jamaica (especially women as they look like classic Ottey)
Worst
1 UK (only New Zealand should wear black)
2 Kenya (needs to have red/green/black)
3 Spain (red and yellow make orange)
4 USA the blue ones and the 'striped shorts'.
I will never, for the life of me, understand how Americans see their kits as good looking.
9 times out of 10 they are jarringly tough to look at. Its often the insistance on incorporating the stripes or stars.
The simple blue this year works, but it doesnt seem too popular.
I like the nod to art nouveau with the font on the France kit.
Think GB is dark blue, though adidas call it legend ink for the replica kit
Nike got Uganda’s right. Right colors, right distribution. I think they win. It’s a shame how bad they messed up Kenya’s mixed color one.
Liberia uniform are a total disaster

Great Britain's is cool - but if there were NZ athletes in the field it would be confusing. These are probably the best though.
USA - eh, its different I guess
Albania - cool, I think more people would mention this one if they had more than Gega in the field
France - pretty good, not great
Spain - like US, just ok
Uganda - pretty good
the rest of the countries just seemed like their classic uniform

Best because of style combined with distinction / good to recognize from distance.

Worst because non descript and worse styling or bad combination of colors.
Though it worked and was really nice and fine definitely for the gymnastics kits!
problem with the blue of the 2024 USA-kit in my opinion is that the fabric of some of the garments alter the color.
Blue likes can work, like it did in the eighties. and Rio (although I like the 2012 red even more)
GB dark blue kits are 🔥 and makes me want to take Eilish to pound town, though I fear she might break in half.
The kit that Cole Hocker wore was atrocious. No offense, because Cole Hocker is amazing, but I'm just not vibing with the purple/salmon colored USA kits.
I like what Hobbs Kessler wore for his race. Nuguse looked cool too.
Italy's is pretty cool.
I agree that most of the kits USA is wearing are ugly… but the kits Noah Lyles and men wore in the men’s 100m final- those were sick looking.

Think of it as "gear". You wouldn't say "best gears". You would say "Germany have the best gear"
Some of the better ones I noticed:
Germany - speed suit w black shorts orange/gold top
Norway - speed suit w blue shorts white top
Uganda - mixed color top
Not sure on the worst. The USA variants range from mediocre to bad. Kenya’s mixed color top is ugly, and while the other options in red look decent, they’re still a downgrade from the old honeycomb pattern. GB’s black and red uniforms look off and are completely terrible compared to what they had in Tokyo. And then a lot of countries are pretty unremarkable but not necessarily bad (France, Ethiopia, etc.).
The stripes/patterns of the US kits look like a non color and are made worse against the purple track.
Jamaica are excellent.
Uganda awesome.
GB very good.
