I saw the race 10 times. Thompson TORSO was in the same position than Lyles torso. See the corruption of VAR in football. I don't trust the drawing lines of the replay

Your post makes little sense. Given the stakes, if your view had even a remote chance of being accurate, the Jamaican team would be lodging a protest. They can’t because although incredibly close Lyles is the winner. And your reference to VAR in soccer is inapposite. The photo finish system is far more susceptible to determining an objective verifiable result.
I thought the story here is twofold: 1) Lyles come through when it matters, and 2) Diffey declaring Thompson the winner - the best announcing would have merely captured how incredibly close the race was. Diffey lacks a feel for the sport. He seems decent at Formula One - and event with more air time not requiring instinctual feel for the race
Every photo finish timer I know has seen MUCH closer finishes than that, even at the high school level.
The photo finish picture posted is textbook for what you'd expect too see at any given championship style race.
Had that photo finish picture popped up on my computer screen as they finished the race, I really would've felt like I had just dodged a bullet bc I really would've expected that race to appear much closer than it did in the final image. We see much closer races all of the time!
A middle school timer could've picked that race easily, so there's no way the OP can say that anyone was robbed lol

Your funny. Well, you can see what you want to see all you want but it doesn't change the reality that Lyles won.
