LRC Update:
These are the best uniforms Nike has ever produced and I love the holographic look they give the athletes, but wtf are those ugly ass shoes they are forced to wear when getting their medals??? 🤮🤮🤮
they just showed Quincy Hall getting changed in the wait area and he's got big old bloomers on under his uniform haha
does he really run with those giant boxers on?? that's a freshman year move
Wish Hudson-Smith was American.
Norman a huge dark horse. Odds for a medal were very generous prior to that.
44.10 for Norman and the commentary is half bad. British guy recognizes it thankfully
Norman looked pretty damn good for 44.10 in the heat.
Norman made that 44.10 look easy. Encouraging sign!
44.10 for Norman, with Richards on his outside looking extremely comfortable in 44.31
Norman is ready
Norman looks amazing and about 5% body fat. Super impressive.
Hudson-Smith is really not suited to rounds. Doesn't go up or down in speed well. Just needs to go balls to the wall in a final.
Really looking forward to seeing how Norman goes v him though.
Not sure I back Gardiner over 3 rounds.
Well no wonder he's always injured then...
Feels like the Borlee’s have been around for 20 years. Quite the athletic family to have so many 43-44 400 runners.
Samukonga easing down to a 44.56 haha
Samunkonga beat Hudson-Smith as a 19 year old at the Commonwealths in 2022
Gardiner DNS
Good call I guess: Gardiner is going to be a DNS according to the broadcast I'm watching, but they don't say why.
welp, he's DNS
