incentives as his account gained followers, according to the lawsuit, which was filed in California Superior Court in San Francisco.

That's absurd, and you know it. Lemon has had nowhere near the success of EM in any one thing, let alone in multiple arenas. His one-note, one-dimensional race hustling got old and tired even on CNN.
