Trials 10k are always too boring for me. Though this time it might be better as it probably won’t be tactical

Im not interested in seeing the men jog through 8000 in 23:000 or the women in 26:00 before a burn up last 2000

Are the pacers in the steeplechase REQUIRED to go over the barriers? I mean, what are they going to do, disqualify them? They are going to drop out anyway.
