Someone explain to me how Rose is at fault. I am pro no-DQ in that race, but Kate caused her own contact.

It's your responsibility to hold your line going into the finish. Rose chose to run on the outside of lane 1/inside of 2, leaving space for Grace to attempt to pass on the inside. When Grace got close to Rose, Rose swerved slightly back into Lane 1, which impeded Grace and caused the fall, at least that's what I saw from the TV angle. But I don't think anybody should be dq'd.

That is exactly what I saw, too.

Her arm is what literally saved her from getting a concussion from that scoreboard.
