Yes. She came in 1.fast, which is enough, and 2. An interesting human for normies ala reality TV watchers. Flamboyant. Flawed. Something for people to talk about and relate to and imagine what they'd be like if they were the fastest woman in the world. Most athletes are boring because you have to be incredibly focused and disciplined, which is seemingly exactly what she is now, after failing to achieve her potential before. And it's working. She's also probably way way more supported now. Many people feel talented and not born in to privilege, and if they'd just had support or an opportunity, maybe things would have been different. I think there's that in Shacarri's story too.
