I have some questions about which parts of the 800 are aerobic and which parts are anaerobic. I know that the content differs with ability level, so let's consider a 2:00. My current understanding is that the phospho-creatine system is responsible for the first 100m or so and then the body begins to aerobically respire. The body continues to do so until about 500m. From there, the body relies upon the aerobic system to make it through. If anyone could comment, correct, or expound on the matter I would be greatly appreciative
