I rarely do the "oh my God" thing, but at 10 this morning I just watched some amazing running.
Drew Griffith completely solos 3:57.0x it was impressive. Holy Moly!
Pajak goes 4:04.56 and gets beats by 7+ secs
This is really impressive. Not on the level of the German 4:00/8:3x double pre-super shoes, but this is probably harder to do than getting towed along to a 3:37-8/3:55-6 in a pro race.

Actually, it was certainly not meant as a slam at all. Pajak had been in that 4:10 mile range which is great , he runs a great 4:04.x 4:06.x converted to mile , and was barely in the frame on the video. It was an astounding relatively early morning run by Griffith.
Pour one out for the kid in 6th. Runs a time (4:07.43) that would have won 96 of the last 98 state championships. Today he's only on the small steps of the podium. Crazy times!
