Used to like all of TMADDD's posts as we think alike, but might have to rethink that as he turned on me for sharing the truth. Perhaps has Valby on his mind,
You two are alike. You’re both creepers and more than likely predators.
Natosha was signed by NB coming out of college and injured every 3 months. She could not string any serious training together. Eventually dropped by NB. Struggled for 2 years on her own with injuries and quit the sport for a year. Hansons took a chance on her and she was NEVER hurt for her 3 years at Hansons and looked great. Signed a bigger deal at Puma and appears to be back on the injury train.
Isai was great last track season and looked like a star last summer before signing with Puma and has been a disaster ever since.
Taylor Werner left Arkansas with eligibility on the table and has struggled with Puma. Should have stayed with Lance Harter at the time for more development.
All 3 of these athletes were in thriving situations but chased the dollar and will all end up watching Paris rather than participating.
It appears that Werner and Rodriguez may not even make the starting line at the OT.
Rogers is the saddest of them all. Monson is out, Cranny doesn’t want to run the 10k, O’Keefe is running the marathon. Infeld is too old. I have a weird feeling that Kelati is the only one with the standard. Rogers could finish 2nd and not qualify because her lack of racing is dropping her from her ranking.

Everyone assumes that staying in college = getting better. That's not true. While I think Tuohy is an incredible runner, she did dip a little near the end. Boling only got worse the longer he stuck around college. Ditto Katie Rainsberger. Certainly more examples I can't think of.
There's no reason that wouldn't have happened with Werner. I say good for them for getting a contract, at the end of the day it is a job.
Cragg takes basically all of his training from his time at Arkansas. It worked under McDonnell because he was such a force of nature, his athletes could push themselves to inhuman levels for him. And even then, there were many flame-outs during his time at Arkansas, they were just forgotten in favor of the many successes he had. A system like that is never going to be universally effective, and especially not with a less charismatic coach (nothing against Cragg, but he's not John MF McDonnell).
This thread is LetsRun GOLD. It's filled with the most random and wildly inaccurate accusations, coupled with insane levels of personal attacks fueled by what seem to be long-standing vendettas, with a side of over-the-top Instagram stalking. Almost nothing posted so far maps to anything resembling reality. It also reads like at least one of the posters is going buck wild under different names. It's almost impressive, but it's really just absurd.
(BTW, this description above could apply to a great many of the busier threads on this hellsite; feel free to cut/paste it whenever it's useful. )
When the whole Chad Noelle thing broke I was looking through old Kaela Edwards posts and this one stuck out in my mind. The picture was at Worlds last year, and there is healthy fit and then there is, in my opinion, a level you reach that isn't sustainable. It's not a surprise that Rogers is not on the track.
