I just checked the other Valby thread that is currently a few places up from this one and, while there is the usual rhetoric and crap from astro, I don’t see “haters.” There were some deleted posts, more than likely written by astro, but I didn’t see much else.
So when you say “haters,” you make seem as if there are a ton of people out there that hate Valby. From my perspective I don’t notice that. There’s astro and a few other chuckleheads but they are not representative of Tuohy fans or whoever else you believe that the haters are.

To be fair, armstronglivs is an equal opportunity hater. He’s suspicious of just about anyone.
Also, every athlete in every sport has haters. Valby, Wiley, Tuohy, Noah Lyles, ScR, Syd McLaughlin, and just about everyone else has them. It is what it is. I honestly think that the haters often bother the fans of the athletes more than the athletes themselves and that’s why the haters keep hating. For the most part they’re insignificant and best ignored. Often when an athlete has a lot of haters they’re doing something right.
The difference is that terrible accusatory posts are permitted about every young woman except Tuohy. One hint of doping or body type and the post gets deleted.

I’ve seen plenty of derogatory posts left up about Tuohy. Her body is constantly being bagged on.
All of the negative posts on all of the runners are a bit too much. People are weird.
You are incorrect. Please link to one. And I have posted several times about Tuohy being a pro and getting tested and the posts are deleted even though they are absolutely on topic.

You have to be insane not to be skeptical. Even her fellow athletes are, as Roe's statement inadvertently showed. She recovers from injury and achieves peak fitness much faster than normal, does not show natural fatigue, runs in a way that a natural athlete would not, and she had a massive jump in form and now blows away college records with ease. Plus articles were she trians sequestered from her team and coaches. What's to question? LOL.

Signs a deal with Bare Performance Nutrition. Never been tested in her entire career (even 16-yo Elizabeth Leachman has been tested). Has not made a single attempt at anything resembling a race since she signed a pro contract 6 months ago. You're right, what's to question?
10:10 2M as a junior in a program not noted for any distance success shows that talent was always there. She's just had to find a way of staying healthy while training hard. No impact cross training has done most of it for her. She's not the first. Josh Spiker ran 4:06 off of 10-15 mpw and 100+ equivalent elliptical training over 20 years ago.
