i ran this workout:
3 x 800 7 minutes rest (goal was 2:08, 2:04, 2:00)
2:07, 2:04, 2:02 (i accidentally went out in 58 on this rep because I got a little excited)
i also ran this workout last week:
8 x 400 1 min rest
every rep 62.X and averaged 62.7
both were solo but in spikes
i'm only asking because i've been in tactical races all year long and haven't got the shot to really test my fitness (4:19 closing in 58 several weeks ago but I feel a lot fitter now)
9:20 3200 back in march, 1:57 solo 800 several weeks back (won by 10 seconds)
i'm racing a fast invitational this weekend, i'm thinking of shooting for 4:11, i think i'm in 4:10-4:12 shape. do you guys agree?
