O. Markezich entered in the 5000, not the 3000SC.
Oh that is interesting. She is going to duke it out with the who NCst squad and Margot Appleton.

The contrast from this to the ivy League coach sitting sprinters a few posts above because it was 'cold' and didn't want them to get injured is pretty lol
The whole Big Sky meet needs its own thread. Horrible conditions to be competing in, hopefully nobody was injured.

Pac-12 Outdoor Championships
May 10-12, 2024
University of Colorado
Boulder, COLive results
It is fitting the last meet of this Conference is at the worst DI Track and Field venue there is, Potts Field.

I think Markezich will race ftw (rather than try to solo a 15:0X), but we could still see multiple PBs, weather permitting.
Lemngole v Olemomoi v Valby an hour later.
Marie Forbes from Clemson throws her best throw of the year by THREE METERS in the hammer. Moves from #23 to #11 in the NCAA.
Whitmarsh cruises 1:46.3.
SEC Men's 10,000m and ACC Women's 1500m running right now

You have no idea why they didn't run. Don't make yourself look foolish.

Margot Appelton 58.77 final 400 to win her slow ACC 1500 heat

BTW for those who complain about coverage of distance races, SEC network is showing every second of this 10000 so far.

spoke too soon, on 10th lap they cut away!
80 degrees in Gainesville for the 10K. Women are running almost 35 minute pace and grabbing lots of water.
Big 12 in Waco cleared the stadium due to incoming weather before the running events. That was over 90 minutes ago.
Big XII must be in a weather delay. Severe thunderstorms rolling through Waco right now.

Olemomoi taking charge. Noe still in the mix--in XC, she closed well in the heat.
