2:05 for 800m
4:32 for 1600m
or 9:40 for 3200m?

2:05 certainly least impressive. Other two are close, I'd lean with the 3200 being a bit stronger
This exactly, what I was going to say before I saw it

Oops. My bad. Wish you could edit on here...
9:40 and it's not particularly close. I knew a lot of guys like this in highschool. Could run sub 15:40 for 5k. 9:40 for 2 miles. But ask them to break 4:30 in the 1600 and they couldn't do it. A lot of these dudes that I knew went on to be beasts in college
I ran 2:04, 4:27, 9:32.
To me the marks look pretty consistent.
I would say 9:40 only because it is a longer race so not many runners will do it, as compared to the 1600m

Respectfully, none of these seem impressive. Standard times for a lot of high schools.
Standard times? So while those times aren't going to get you a full-ride scholarship to a top notch program, anybody running those times, particularly the 9:40, are doing pretty food for themselves at most high school meets.
9:40 just slightly better than 4:32, I’d expect a 9:45 with that 1600 time. 2:05 is the 800m time of a 4:40 guy
Dang I guess I'm stuck at a speed bottleneck from my 800m then.
Moving on next seasons I'll have to work on doing a bit of alactic speed development during base.
Thanks guys
