Today I run 3000m season opener 9:02 but I was running solo and the wind was pretty terrible it was around 35-40km/h. Even though it was helping on one side of the track I felt like after every stretch up the wind my legs were f*ckd and the tail wind did not recompensate it.
So how much impact do you think the wind has in middle distance races and how fast I would run in good conditions and with pacing
