I have a tibial stress fracture/reaction and I will go to the doctor to get an MRI. I would like to maintain fitness and I need a plan. I know how cross training is and feels but I am willing to train as hard as it is needed to maintain the fitness. I can do aqua running, biking, eliptical and swimming so basically everything. I know that in the begining it is good to start with aqua running and swimming since it has no weight bearing but I dont have a plan. I was not on high mileage 20-25 before and was running 4 days/week trying to get to 6. I was in 2:0x shape for 800. I only started in november running so im trying to progress further. Can someone please write a plan? Thanks
