Ive got a cold on Wednesday caused by fluctuations in weather, rn its pretty warm at 20C, Ive continued my training but my easy pace is around 10-15s/mile slower. Yesterday Ive done 10 strides aswell, and today I have a vo2 max track workout scheduled, I dont feel really bad but still have above the neck symptoms, will I be fine if I just continue with the training plan? Got a 5k race coming soon
